creatine/CEE question v.NCAA

    ok, i'm fucking ignorant, i was thinking about taking CEE and see if it works like everyone says it does. However i will be wrestling in college (NCAA div.3) and i was curious of this is a banned substance. I don't see it on the list. but i figured i'd ask you guys to make sure 100% incase i'm missing it

    then again you may want to doublecheck wiht your trainers and such

    don't want to get you in trouble

    the rules make it so your trainers cant give u creatine/cee but you can still use it on your own

    it isnt banned in anything

    creatine naturally occurs in meat, for all they know you are eating steak every meal

    • ** For testosterone – if the administration of testosterone or the use of any other manipulation has the result of increasing the ratio of the total concentration of testosterone to that of epitestosterone in the urine to greater than 6:1, unless there is evidence that this is due to a physiological or pathological condition.
    • *** For marijuana and THC – if the concentration in the urine of THC metabolite exceeds 15 nanograms/ml.
    • ^^The term “related compounds” comprises substances that are included in the class by their pharmacological action and/or chemical structure. No substance belonging to the prohibited class may be used, regardless of whether it is specifically listed as an example.

    stay away from Muscle Milk

    one of the compounds in it (MM isnt just protein) is failing drug tests for athletes. A few kids have been suspended because of MM




    and I wouldnt worry about testing too much, no one I know of in our league was ever tested by the ncaa - I played D3 football

    I don't really want to pay that much for muscle milk anyhow so that won't be an issue, thanks for the heads up though

    i won't, but w/ my luck i'd rather just stay away if it may be an issue

    Actually MM now has a collegiate 'version' that they promise won't pose an issue.

    i dont think creatine will help you for the most part with your sport. unless its training prior to it that you're considering
