I started taking Creatine ethyl ester and beta-alanine two weeks ago. I gained about 5-6 lbs in those 2 weeks. I think I have been eating healthy, could this all be water weight and me getting extra swole?

    also, I love this combo.

also, this thread sucks, but I want to know if that weight gain is normal for just starting those 2 supps.

with a gain of 6lbs in 2 weeks i can guarantee a part of that is water weight.

keep at it. You shouldn't be weighing yourself anyway. Look in the mirror. Do you look bigger? Can you lift heavier? Those two are the only ways you should measure yourself.

Dawt. I was going for the lose weight path when i thought fuck it. I got all this extra fat why not turn it into muscle instead of getting rid of it.

You dont' turn fat into muscle. Lipids don't become proteins.

yes, on most people, creatine will add water weight to muscle mass, and it's normal to add a few pounds the first couple weeks.

yes, you'll lose it if you stop taking creatine.
