    I'm 15, fairly thin, 5'10-5'11, 133 lbs.

I started Creatine Xtreme, powder based last week.
Been working out my arms, running, and eating more.

I've noticed changes in my forearms, veins, and biceps in just a week.
Gained about a pound, my current goal is gain 10lbs in 2 months. Is this reasonable?

I'd like to be stronger, and gain weight/mass.

How often should I be using the creatine and how long should I be working out?

    Thanks in advance.

They do this to motivate you. don't take it personally. If i posted pics and people made fun of how skinny I am (cause i am skinny) it would motivate my ass to work harder. Im about 6 foot and 160lbs

Thats just the first week, until I have access to a gym.

How do you guys feel about Bowflex? My dad's looking to get one. He used to be huge, and wants to have a little something to help him get back in shape.

    Reading comprehension?

I'm not planning on only working out my arms, I'm just starting there (for a week or so) until I get access to a gym.
