Creatine and stomach pain??

    so i started taking creatine, just some crap i found at walmart for pretty cheap. it seems about the same time, my abdomen on the right side has been giving me sharp pains throughout the day, any way taking the creatine could be causing this?

    50 oz. :dunno: not too sure, but id say at least 50 oz.

    it did the exact same thing to me. CEE has not given anything like that tho

    should be 1-1.5 gallons per day, esp with creatine. I go to the bar too much though, so im closer to 2 gals/day :hs:

    edit: 2 gals of water, i get pretty dehydrated after drinking alcohol

    Try drinking a lot more water, and if that doesn't work, trash the mono and buy some CEE.
