Creatin & Protein dilemme v. post workout

    I've decided to start using creatine (BSN CELLMASS specifically) and in there lies a dilemma.

    Post-workout I always drink my protein (+carbs) shake. BSN CELLMASS should apparently not be mixed together in my protein shake and should be consumed on a empty stomach and atleast 30 minutes before I consume my protein shake. So how am I suppose to get both my CELLMASS (creatine) & my protein (with carbs) straight after my workouts?

    Should I just skip my protein+carbs shake after workouts and just do the Cellmass?

    Take cellmass before workout.
    Problem solved.

    edit: Cellmass contains caffeine, why would you take it post workout?

    Becuse it says I should on my homepage where I can buy it.

    edit: just checked BSN homepage. Now, I'm from Europe and my english isn't perhaps perfect but doesn't "following your workout" means after your your workout?

    Isn't it important to fuel your body with protein and fast carbs straight after workout though?

    Well, it has some sort of a mixture of amino acids so it's not 0g protein.

    What the hell is the purpose of it, if not as a post-workout recovery? Why would they put 1 coffee worth of caffeine into a POST workout drink?

    Return that crap.

    as far as i know there is no caffeine in it... its just a bunch of different creatines mixed together

    Well I bought it today and asked at the store and they said I should take cellmass straight after workout then wait for 20 minutes before drink my protein shake. It's stated on the bucket as well. So no problem :wiggle:

    In the future, though, just get some regular creatine. Cellmass is way overpriced for essentially creatine and sugar.

    Use this tub and get some creatine monohydrate next.

    I just heard so many good things about CELLMASS so I just wanted to try it :hs:
    But yeah, it's expensive as fuck.
