Crashing with my EC stack...

    ....and I can't figure out why. I take E about 7am then 200mg of C about an hour later. Feel great, tons of energy to get through the day. After lunch which is about 2 hours before gym time I take another E. Head to the gym, good workout then I get home and make dinner then about 7pm I crash hard. Almost like a food coma style crash and become worthless the rest of the evening.

    Any suggestions, tips, recommendations on how to avoid dropping like a rock?


    Also, what woudl you recommend doing to help recover from DOMS quicker?

    what kind of food does your restaruant make ?

    I work for Medical City Hospital. We have room service style food for patients. Salmon, tenderloin, pork chops...etc.

    You're taking a bunch of stimulants in the morning / early afternoon, use a bunch of energy in the gym, and wonder why you crash 8+ hours later?

    Here is a simple solutions. Take another 200mg + 25mg of E at 7.

    Or stop taking it all together. you can't load up on stims and not expect a crash
