So instead of having cheat days, I'll eat 2000-2500 cals 6 days a week and then on Sunday eat around 1500-1800 cals to make sure that I wake up on Monday lighter than the last monday.

Is this harmful in any way? So far along with my supplements and workout routine it is working incredibly great.

I had a cheat day on Monday where I ate 3500 cals. It was at a buffet. Who knows it may have been 4000-5000. Anyway, I went from 175 to 178  Yesterday I ate 1250 cals and worked out for 1.5 hours and lost nothing. I'm hoping all that food went to my muscles as chris said it should.

The plan was working so well. I had gone from 183.5 to 175 in 10 days. No more cheat days :squint:

if anything that will work against your goals.

if you crash its gonna shut your body down and it won't want to get rid of any fat.

hence the reason cheat days are "good" both mentally and physiologically.

It should be fine to crash just once a week. Just like with cheat meals, your body can't adjust that quickly.

My goal is to lose weight. I know I'm going to lose muscle but I'm going to lose it whether I cut or maintain since I'm injured
