CRAP, I'm sick, how many lbs muscle lost/day?

    Dammit I've been sick and laying in bed sleeping in bed for the past 3 days or so. How many pounds of muscle do I lose for doing that each day? ARGH... there go my gains for the past few weeks...

    uh none as long as you keep your food intake up

    the last time i was sick i was out for two weeks and lost 10 pounds

    i think it was mostly fat though, my lifts were about the same when i got back

    edit: yeah, keep eating. doesn't matter if you feel hungry or not, you HAVE to eat

    2.34lbs/day.
    im sure theres a study on it.
    this is dependant however, on weight and starting height.
    be sure to include ending height in the calculations.
