    1/17: Looong break (work has been hell). It was storming like crazy all night and the freakin lights went out at the gym. Was pretty cool, besides running into shit, cause almost everyone left. It was me & ~5others in the gym.

    Still slackin on working out, have cleaned up diet considerably. Decided to go back to basics w/a 4 day upper lower split, focus on weak areas if needed.

    Question now: clean bulk or v.poptart? Leaning on clean bulk, don't really dig the puffy look. My pussy ass now:
