WTF am i doing wrong that my wrists and forearms are cracking
my wrists pop all the time, try to hold them stationary as best you can....forearms cracking errr dunno bout that one boss
i'm using the curved bar as well, that are used for bicep curls
dunno if that has to do with anything
Today is chest and triceps day. In for popping joints
Is there pain associated with the popping?
just annoying, and maybe on a scale of 1-10, a 2 in pain
My shoulders always used to pop. When my left one stopped popping, I ended up having surgery. My right one still pops and is fine. My wrists and elbows pop all the time as well. Maybe from old age or maybe cause I started back on hgh.

What was wrong with your shoulder? Mines kinda in the same boat right now it use to pop alot and now it just feels like someone is ripping my shoulder off but doesnt pop.
Going to the doc tomorrow
Scar tissue, calcium deposits, calcified bicep tendon, no cartiliage left in the back of the socket.
