First off, Ive started doing deadlifts, and i come to udnerstand that you gotta arch your back. I've been arching my back fine when im lifting the weight, but for some reason its very hard for me to arch my back when im lowering it, it kinda just bends out naturally - am i supposed to?

And secondly, some opinions of accomplished ppl would be ncie on my back/bi day -

    Deadlifts 5x5
    Seated row 5x5
    Wide-grip pull ups 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
    BB standing curls 5x5
    Db seated curls 5x5

Am i hitting all the musles am i suppsoed to, specifically in my back, or should i add/replace an excercise?

I would do bent-over rows instead of seated rows. You also need some glute/ham raises, romanian deadlifts, reverse hypers, 45^ back raises and abs, abs, abs!!!

    pull downs or face pulls

edit: i just think thats a lot of sets for curls? and 5x5? im no pro but i dont think 5x5 is good for curls.
ive seen better results with pyramiding/supersetting sets of 8-12 reps

I dig what u saying about more reps for curls, but im way too weak for that. Im trying to build the strength so i could do the 8-10 reps with decent, not laughable weights.

there is no logic in what youre saying.

work out correctly and overtime you make your gains, its the way of nature

lift the lighter weight till you own it
