    Wait what? That's not parallel? I must be doing half squats or something because i think I barely make it that low.

    i wasnt there when the pic was taking so i dont know if he was on the way up or down but i do know that Joel gets his hips below his knees everytime.(helps that he is a little ball of muscle) He prob has some of the best form on the team ... the point was we dont 1/4 squat :fawk:

    Are you really hindering strength by not going completley parallel? I've always wondered this.

    I hit just around the same depth as that squat, but have never squatted parallel. Just tried going ATG without any weight and it felt quite weird and forced...will i really hinder my training going slightly above parallel?

    Oly squats are good for glutes? I don't think i'm flexible enough to do a full one but I go below parallel and ever since summer started I've only noticed my quads getting bigger/more defined and when my legs get tired I feel it in my quads. Maybe I'm doing something wrong :o
