as soon as I get back to the states, I'm going to start training for rugby, but I have a few questions first... Which is better? (5x120) (5x140) (5x160) (5x180) (5x200) or 5x5 @ 160? You end up lifting the same amount of weight, but does one give different results than the other? Creatine Monohydrate (Creaform) vs. CEE ... which is the better choice? I'm assuming CEE since most people on here use it. I also checked the archived thread on it and couldnt find the answer.
