So I got an analysis at my gym last week, I have a BMI of 30, and body fat of 24%. I'm 22, and 225lb. Not good, I know. So I read through the EDU to put myself on a diet. I my calculated intake for losing weight should be somewhere around 2900. I setup an account at fitday to stop guestimating, and really count. After today, I only ended up eating 1350, which included eating every 3 hours or so. I felt satisfied, and full. Am I missing something because I also read I dont want to cut too much or I will have negative results. I went to the gym as well, and did 30 minutes of cardio with some free weights after. It seems from what I have read that I should feel pretty low on calories right now, but I feel fine.
