xtorrent is looking pretty damn amazing.
I like bitrocket myself http://www.bitrocket.org/
It's OK, I've been using it for a few months now, and I find it's a little slow... I've just started using Tomato Torrent, and speeds are ALOT faster...
BUT I do like the comvenience of XTorrent... very easy to use... closest thing to uTorrent I've found for a Mac...
I think I'm the only person that liks azuerus
azureus is kinda bloated IMO
just installed xtorrent and its working pretty well
bit rocket is definitely the best downloader i've found yet for mac. it has a tendancy to crash sometimes.. but usually isn't too bad.
same companys as acquisition, it'll be worth it
i tried xtorrent a while back...it's cool for what it is, but i just need a simple bit torrent client, so i went back to Tranmission.
only complaint i have about transmission is i can't select seperate files in a torrent file...other than that, transmission is perfect for what i need.
xtorrent is awesome i wish oink was capable with it. i use azerus just cause everything will work with it, its just a fat ass resource hog.
Yeah, I am stuck using azureus because of OinK
Tomato works with Oink, but I'm starting to think it's too simple... I can't find a way to pause downloads...
havent tried bitrocket or xtorrent
will xtorrent ever work with OiNK?
ive always been an azureus user. works great for me took me a while to fully figure out all the features that made me long for a mac version of uTorrent, but it does all the same things as any other app out there.
i read somewhere that the next version of Transmission will work with Oink. I think i read that in the transmissions website. that would be awesome .
lets hope so!
i like xtorrent, i use it all the time
Supposedly now that the company that makes uTorrent has been purchased, developers are working on porting it to OSX and Linux I use it on my PC and love it. Can't wait to ditch Azureus
yes, i hear great things about utorrent, but they got bought out though by the original BT, so who knows how castrated it will be...
I use my windows box to DL torrents with utorrent
Its easy, looks good and I know whats happening and how to use it. I ususally have it running in the background when I'm on Adium, Safari and iTunes and its no problem, the only conflict I have is when i try to play games on my 360 online, but I think thats just with torrent downloading and uploading in general.
