how do you gentlemen prepare your cottage cheese, if you eat it. I'm a newb and I've been going through the stickies and such and decided that eating cottage cheese before bed was a good idea, but damn is it gross.

Last night I ate it for the first time, and choked it down plain. I almost vomited several times and had to take little breaks here and there so I wouldn't.

Any tips for ways to prepare it or things to eat it with so I won't want to vomit all over myself?

breakstones 2% ftw. Yogurt helps, but the brand and fat% makes the biggest difference

i normally use fruit peices, like strawberries or peaches. lol sounds gay as hell but its tasty. If i really want the calories and taste I'll go for yogurt. But I'll agree that shit is horrible plain.

They only had generic brand (our family) at the place I went, and I for the fat free. Now i have 2 tubs of it and i hate wasting food, so i need to choke it down somehow.

keep your eye out for breakstones next time. It's a red and white container, and make sure to get the 2%. 4% is too milky, fat free is too sour. 2% is just right

that depends on your calorie needs and shit. I don't have the nutritional breakdown, it's something like 100 cal, 12g protein per half cup if I remember right

Put splenda in it, but the salt, pepper and dill sounds pretty good.

yeah because cottage cheese makes you insta-swole!

Give me 40oz of milk with a scoop of whey and I'm set with 65g protein, and some carbs. Not to mention being much cheaper, tasting better, and well, tasting better
