I'm sure most of you guys know this already, but if you've never tried it give it a whirl. Also, I just switched cottage cheese brands. Breakstone's Lowfat is better than Borden's Lowfat by leaps and bounds.

This shit seriously taste like a desert, it's ridiculously easy to make too. I just spoon the yogurt into the cottage cheese tub and mix it with my spoon. So far every yogurt flavor I've tried taste great so hopefully I won't get tired of it any time soon.

    Thank you and goodnight. :yum:

They are both dairy, and the yogurt pretty much acts as a sweetener.

    Give it a whirl!

My favorite part is that it mixes so well, every bit of cheese is covered with it so I never taste the cottage cheese by itself. I hate cottage cheese by itself.

Yep! It's a good alternative to plain cottage cheese. You just have to make sure you use a low sugar yogurt. Dannon Light, Fit, and Creamy is good and has less than 8 grams.

Weren't you taking 16 fish oil pills a day, too?

I think your diet is a little too granular, man. Just MHO.

Yogurt can't act like a sweetner for me b/c I only eat plain yogurt.

Nonfat plain yogurt + frozen blueberries = amazing

I love cottage cheese just plain. The chunky texture is great, the little chunks practically melt in your mouth.

I don't mind the texture, but the sour taste is gross.
