61 was sick as fuck, and I can't wait for 62.

My problem with the crossover is how it was gonna be this huge event, and all the characters involved had a panel at best. Savage Dragon didn't even say anything till 61. I wanted to see Darkness fucking up an alternate Invincible, and Spawn destroying some shit, but you get these teasers that won't ever be fulfilled.

it was impossible to show every imageverse character, in detail, in one single issue.

the imageverse guys where guest stars to the invincible war...so show the scope of the situation, nothing less, nothing more.

i wouldn't say he "pulled it off," but he damn sure created the hype, brought the pain, and i'm sure sold 1000s of comics to people who normally don't buy invincible. i think that was the point.

Yeah, but at least it was a done and over with in one single issue that showed a shit load of awesomeness. In order to create a badass crossover that'd require several issues. And that was what he wanted to avoid.

Going to read 61 soon, looks badass

I felt that he could have used less characters and put more focus on them. We really didn't need to see EVERY character in the imageverse, but they key ones with a few panels would be nice.

He said he was going to put every character in it. That was the point; one issue, everyone in it.

Gonna be interesting. Mark is absolutely going to need his little brother's help in defeating this asshole or perhaps one of this other dimensioners to give him a hand...
