Core Work, Bodyweight exercises..

    How much time a day (or week) do you spend on core work and bw exercises, such as variations of pushups, situps, banana rolls, bw lunges, etc??

    Every workout includes something you mentioned exept leg day, with the exeption of the occational lung if you count that :dunno:

    I don't do pushups unless they're on Blast Straps or medicine balls. I don't do situps. I don't know what the fuck a banana roll is. All my lunges are done with additional weight, I do single-leg work 3x a week.

    I do weighted lunges as well on leg day..

    Just curious if these exercises are not worth it and to stick with weighted?

    Try single arm single leg pushups.
    I did 5 with my left arm today...with foot elevated. Though face always turns beet red... better check my bp again.

    I do some bw squats and lunges a few times a week since my back is fucked up and I can't really do legs.

    About half of my work outs consist of variations of pushups/sit ups.
