Decided i'm going to spend the next 6 weeks doing some sort of core strengthing instead of continuining on the the bodybuilding plan i've been on. I want to drop some weight, and increase my overall athletic ability. I know my abs are weak, and I think that is causing some difficulty while playing ice hockey. Does anyone have any links or details on a good plan? I was thinking of something like Christophers', but with some abs and cardio thrown in for good measure... But not sure if this is the best plan... Also, I am searching google as we speak, just wondering if anyone's already done the research.
