    sadly, i've probably directly trained abs a handful of times since i've started lifting. i've realized this is retarded. and also realize i don't know shit about core training.

    depends if you just want abs, or if you want to increase core stability (in which case crunches don't work)

    wats a cherry picker? i've never really worked abs either, since I've got too much fat covering them. i suppose i should start now, no?

    arent planks just good for static strength... and that wouldnt really carry over to improve lifts
