Cool vid of clapping pushups, pullups etc...

    I did the alternating pullups today as well....
    When my rotators gets better I'll try the single arm wheel thing...
    I might try the pushups but only if I have a pillow below my face.

    Actually, I checked out his site. And he trains boxers and has written on it but couldn't find his own record.

    Actually did 3 of the clapping pushups just now... though I did have to put a pillow underneathe my head...just in case.

    I'm going to try the clapping pushups, and probably break my face on the floor.

    I haven't heard that beastie boys jam in a while, good tune. :cool:

    I was apprehansive about doing the clapping pushups because last time me and some friends tried it, one of my friends landed right on his chin. There was like a 2-3 inch gash of hanging flesh. Never did try that again...til today.

    I didn't understand what you were worried about because I had done clapping pushups before with a single clap in the front and it wasn't too hard but then I saw the video with the extra clap in the back, that is :cool:
