Cool program to keep track of progress?

    Is there a program out there where I can enter in how I'm doin for all the different exercises, or should I just deal with notepad? :x:

    why dont you try the workout logs at the top

    I wanted something to kinda simplify it and help me visualise progress better cause I'm lazy... the training logs is no different than notepad in that aspect :hsugh:
