Hi, I know this forum is for nutrition, but I have a cooking question, and did not see another place to put it, so here goes:
I have seen a bunch of recipes for fudge which include evaporated milk, which I do not have. Can I use fresh milk as a substitute?
    Thanks!

Thanks, I just found it now. Don't know how I can get the thread moved though, since admins never respond to my PM's.
