I used DVD Decrypter and encoded with Videora but it cropped and smushed the video. What settings in Videora should I use to avoid cropping and smushing?

Also, what settings for converting on a Mac? Don't even mention handbrake for DVDs because it's a piece of shit. :o

Youll want to cut out the black bars (use cropping in videora) and then set the resolution to what the video actualy is. For example, most DVD's are 720 x 405 resolutoin (they say 720 x 480, but the rest of that is black bars). Make sense?

Just calulate it, the highest the ipod can do is 480 x 480 pixels, which is somewhere around 230400 I believe......so keep the 720 x 405 aspect ratio and do the biggest numbers you can to get to 230400. Youll have to mess with the cropping too to fully get rid of the black bars right.
