    CDex a CD-Ripper, thus extracting digital audio data from an Audio CD. The application supports many Audio encoders, like MPEG (MP2,MP3), VQF, AAC encoders.

    I use this for everything.

    Of course, you really don't want MP3s anyway. What you really want is OGG/Vorbis files.

    or just use iTunes that's all I ever use for making cd's from mp3's anymore..

    You can use LAME with AudioGrabber
