I recently switched to Macs, and am having trouble getting my old music library (.wma format) into the iTunes library on my Mac. I have the .wma files on my Mac HD, but they wont add to the library or open in iTunes. Should I find a 3rd party converter?

    re-import from the source CDs.

wma is a lossy codec... You'll lose even more quality from the conversion process.

You can use LAME also from Version tracker I think. I'm using it now to convert files to .MP3 format so I can make a MP3 data disc for the CD player in the car. 200 songs on a CD FTW

EasyWMA is a great little tool. I use it a lot when getting music from my family.
