Hey guys, I looked on apple's web site for an email address so I can email them a complaint, I had the WORST service at an apple store yesterday. My iPhone stopped working and the fucking dude in the orange shirt at the front door looked at my phone and told me "come back in a few days if it doesnt work still, nothing we can do for you" NEVER took me back to genius bar to see when they could look at it or anything. So I went to the other apple store and they exchanged my phone right on the spot, and they where amazing. Is there a way to email apple about complaints or should I call them.

I should have yes. But, they should have guided me back there to begine with not tell me there is nothing they could do for me. That just pissed me off to much to stay.

:werd: Sure they shouldn't have told you to just come back but the fact that you just listened to him and left is almost funny. If your car wasn't working and you brought it into the dealer and the person working the front desk told you to come back if it wasn't working in a couple days, would you leave? :hsugh:

Make an appointment with the genius bar, walk in.... profit?

seriously, they'll fix it no problem.... assuming its not hacked or something.

I agree, I never should have left, but I did :dunno:

Yeah I tried everything, the speaker and mic stopped working all the sudden. Phone was never dropped or anything, just stopped.

It doesnt matter, I was more frustrated then mad. Even if I couldnt get a genius bar appointment until the next morning I would have been fine with that. I was just shocked to hear, "there is nothing we can do for you"

I got the iPhone replaced within 10 minutes at a different Apple store a few miles away.

You've got to be kidding me. You couldn't find your way to the back of the store and you wanted a Sherpa for the trek? And why on earth did you expect tech support from the door greeter? You should have just said you needed to talk to someone about a tech problem and left it at that.

Getting foul service is one thing, but it sounds like your expectations are a little absurd, brah. :hs:

I'm not defending him, but the most common fix for a broken iphone is to just replace it on the spot, He was either:

A: a jerk who blew you off

B: an employee telling you to come back in a few days to get one of the new iphones reported to be coming out next week.

C: they were out of phones and couldn't replace even if they could.

look, if your still pissed, call the store and talk to the manager. Explain the situation and tell him you'll be writing an email to corporate as well. odds are, he'll apologize and "deal" with the employee.

and By deal I mean FIRE HIM!

would never happen unless there are prior written document cases of this, and the employee was on corrective action.
