Long story short: I have been told that I need to consume at least 2900 calories each day, even when I am not training, just to maintain. My question to you learned friends is how the hell can you intake those sort of calories cleanly?

    Thanks in advance.

Perhaps I should also look into a weight gainer type shake? There is no way I can afford to eat all those calories cleanly in natural foods.

After doing some quick searching, I am thinking about taking "Serious Mass" by Optimum. Has anyone used this stuff?

    From a local site:

Serous weight gain goals require serious measures. To gain just one pound of bodyweight, it takes approximately 3,500 calories above and beyound what is needed for daily maintenance. However, individuals with high metabolisms often find it difficult to cinsume enough whole foods to achieve this level of caloric intake. What's more, preparing high-calorie whole food meals isn't always as convenient or as easy as blending a nutrient-dense shake.
For more information see product details below.

Each great tasting and convenient serving of Serious Mass provides:
1,250 Calories from high quality, energy rich sources.
50 grams of protein from a combination of fast and slow digesting sources including whey, cassien, and egg.
252-254 grams of Carbohydrates- with NO ADDED SUGAR- to support fueling of intense workouts and aid in the replenishment of glycogen stores.
Enhanced with Creatine, Glutamine, and Glutamine Peptides to support maximum gains in strength and recovery.Combined with a well balanced diet and intense physical activity, Serious Mass offers an ideal, convenient solution to these often encoutered weight gain hurdles, helping to support your quest for a massive, powerful physique.

i don't really see how it's hard to eat food... even if I counted out all the deserts and crap like that that I eat all the time, I'd have to really try my ass off to eat less than 3000 calories of clean food.

I'm aware, not sure what your point is :hsugh:. I'm saying it's easy to eat lots of carbs and fats and really pack in calories even while eating clean.

The only person with a little girl attitude is you. You are one of the most obnoxious OTers and rarely add anything informational to threads. I appreciate your humor SOMETIMES, but seriously, grow the fuck up.

i swear he's taking steriods and has chronic roid rage.

Its funny too, a year ago a-bomb was underweight, and now he's just average. I don't know when being of average size gave you such ability to talk shit to everyone.

I'm not going to get into who looks better than who garbage, but abomb, shut up. Seriously, its every thread now. No one is on your side, everyone think you're a tool.
