Do you guys who are cutting and eating mostly protein in meals with less and less carbs, fruits, fats, etc. Do you ever start to get constipated, or have irregular stools? Do you take fiber supplements, or digestive enzymes? I have always had a small problem with regularity, so I always took Benafiber and seemed to "help", but I'm afraid as my diet changes every 14 days or so, its going to become a problem. what say you?
