CONSTANTLY tierd, NO motivation....

    I eat well, i sleep well, i work 9-5.

    usually I work out after work and i'm pretty tired. this past week I cant even lift my fucking arms and I cannot even think about working out.

    I try to have an energy drink/protein shake an hour before workout to up my energy.. but nothing....

    soooo fucking tierd :(

    My buddy wakes up at 4:15am every day so he can train before his 10hr workday - as well as cook his 7 meals for the day. He gets home at 8pm each night after a 1.5hr commute, spends time with his wife, then rests up and does it all again the next day. He also does more volume than most people I know. Like Maine said, harden up son

    I doze off.

    people yell and scream as they pump.
    I fucking pass out from fatigue (no joke... I fucking fall asleep for a second after db bench) cant keep my eyes open

    ANYWAY, try drinking coffee or pickup some no-xplode/superpump whatever to get you wired before you train.

    i had a few of those days where after doing bench or something i just want to close my eyes and chill for a bit... shit turns into a minute or 2 of my eyes close and my just laying there :big grin:

    Do what you can for now. Eventually your body will get acclimated and you can increase your work load.

    I agree with this.

    I've developed bad sleep apnea and it's giving me a lot of the problems you say you have.

    You do need to harden up and just deal with it in the meantime, but there might actually be something you can fix.
