I can't go 2 hours without pissing once. Perhaps the issue is with too much protein? I try to get around 200g of protein a day at 220 lb. No more than 50 of it comes from powder. I notice when I don't eat much (for example when I'm sick), I never have to go. What do you guys think? Too much protein? Not enough calories or carbs? (I try to eat carbs with every meal, but often I just end up having a big piece of steak or chicken and end it at that). Or am I just drinking too much water?
