Considering winistrol

    Hey, lately i've been strongly considering a winny cycle, i have a friend who experienced very good results with it, but i'm a bit paranoid and new to the anabolic world.

    Does anybody have a link to some solid info on side effects, dosages, a good split to work with it, and whether or not i should continue cardio.

    My goal with the cycle isn't to get the BB image, i'm just looking to get some strength gains and a more defined look.

    used to be really fat, 242 pounds, began working out really seriously with diet and EC stack in janurary. Around 175-180 pounds now. I've gotten alittle lax on my diet, but for the most part have still kept my caloric intake below 2000 per day. I began lifting mostly to supplement my running at the beginning but now have begun to see it as the most important part of my workout since i'm now pretty damn slim. Some number examples are as follows. (Note, these are not my splits by day, just numbers to give you an idea of my strength)

    DB Incline Bench 45's 4x8-12
    DB Bench 50's 4x8-12
    Hammer Curls 30's 4x8-12
    EZ bar Curls 60 4x8-12
    Shoulder Press 40's 4x8-12

    I haven't done legs regularly because running was always most important to me and doing legs would fuck me over on running for typically a day.

    My typical cardio workout which is 5 times per week mon-fri is either 1 and 1/2 miles-2 miles jog + 1 and 1/2 miles IIT or 1 and 1/2 miles of a hard paced run.

    oh and my lifting split is as follows

    Mon-CHEST
    Tues-Back
    Wed-OFF
    Thur-Traps/shoulders
    Fri-Arms
    some saturdays i'll do legs.

    sorry if this is kind of confusing, just got done with a pretty hard workout and i'm pretty tired.

    You don't even need to be thinking about juice right now. And I wouldn't run winstrol alone anyway.

    well, what i understand is that you can't really gain much mass if you're doing cardio, and i'm sure as fuck not giving that up. I don't like the idea of getting fat again so i'd rather not bulk. I mean, yeah clean bulking would probably not make me get too fat, but juice just seemed like an easier option since i'd probably gain mass even if i kept up the cardio. I'm obviously totally new to adding mass since my entire life has been devoted to removing it. Also i've never been a strength trainer, lifting for me has always just been supplementary to my running. I asked a question because i didn't know the answer, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that i was uninformed about it all.
