Welcoming the new champion by fighting Cro Cop...

    Ouch, what a reward.

Gotta think, he just made an asspot of cash and won the championship. Proved to everyone and himself that he can be dominant at that age.

I thought the same thing. I wanted to see crocop kick Sylvias head off, not Randy's. Poor Randy never gets to hold on to his belt. :wtc:

Heres what I'll say though... If couture trains as hard for that fight as he did for this one he'll be very well prepared... and im talking really prepared not "I'll hold one hand by my head to block big head kicks" eddie sanchez

They have my money for that PPV

I really don't want to see Randy fight Mirko......I think it could be career ending for Randy.....Mirko is in a totally different league....

What impressed me most was the way Couture moved his head and body in that fight. Tim is a slow striker versus Mirko who is explosive.

I think Cro Cop will work on ways to counter low kicks and high kicks. I think as long as couture stays inside the range of Mirko's kicks he can take it to him.

how right was Dana in saying that hes done counting couture out. That was an amazing fight.

unless he can bring a shield into the ring he isnt going to block shit.
Everything Fedor does in that .gif is absolutely beautiful.

I think randy even though i think he will lose has a decent style to fight Mirko. Mirko wants to keep this on his feet and put Randy to sleep but I think if Randy can take him down could be interesting. I wish sylvia had to fight mirko now as well just because i think he is a giant downsyndrome goof

That head movement isn't going to work against Mirko, who is just gonna kick him in the head when Randy leans over. Even if Randy takes him down, if Fedor couldn't pound him out, Randy isn't going to either.

Couture CroCop should be interesting. I think Randy has a chance..However, I think CroCop will take it.

I'm interested in seeing them fight.

two fighters i like, Consumate gentlemen and pros. they are going to go in, no bs, do thier jobs. it's going to like watching polar bears fight over a seal, Raw power and skill versus an equally skilled oponent.

you said it yourself this morning tho, Monson was shotting for the legs inthe middle of the ring jiujitsu style. randy Drove to the cage and twisted like a wrestler..... tim had no balance with those long legs being crossed together in Randys twisting motion.

Fedor could barely take Mirko down... the first time was because Mirko slipped when he tried to kick... the second time was because he was tired and basically let it happen.

Aside from that, Coleman couldn't even take him down despite several tries. Seing as how Monson isn't even on the level of the toilets that Fedor and Coleman excrete into, I'd say the two things are totally unrelated.

If Randy fights Crocop, he's going to have to do it standing... which = loss, unless he wins via miracle.
