I've been reading all the stickies and some magazines and have only confused myself about which protein to take when. I hear various proteins are best to take in the morning, before bed, before or after workout etc. My immediate goals are to lose weight 190 down to about 175 (down to 186 so far) while gaining some strength. After I hit my target weight I'll try to maintain it for a few months while lowering my bodyfat. Right now for protein I have: Muscle Milk light GNC whey Oryx Goat whey spiru-ten (soy protein) APC (a few varieties, mostly soy + whey) They all have varying combos of protein, carbs and other things. Point me in the right direction here please? Is there a different protein supplement I need?
