Everything looks like it'll fit. I'd be wary of the case, I know it's a budget PC but I no longer consider sub-$100 cases due to build quality (very shoddy in most cases). Buying AGP does limit you in terms of future upgrades (vs PCI-Express) but again, budget. :)

Well i will need to know for future referance what exactly the pci-e does. Is the pcie meant mainly for graphic cards??? When i was looking at boards i noticed Pciex16, Pciex1, and i'm still not sure what the difference is.

PCI-Express is a do-it-all slot like PCI used to be, except that the slowest PCI-Express slot is twice as fast as PCI, and the fastest PCI-Express slot is 32 times as fast. AGP is 16 times as fast as PCI.

I like the CompuCase 6k28 as a cheap case. It's all steel (with a plastic fascia on the front) and it has a hinged door instead of a sliding panel to get at the insides. www.directron.com sells them.

Looks like a competent build with the exception of the fx-5200 card.
Those are horrible. I had nothing but blue screens with mine, even
after I rma'd it for a new one. I googled it, and found out it was a driver issue that nVidia never addressed properly.

For an extra $10, you can get a Radeon 9600. A much better card.

Good deal. The other one just went out of stock anyway.
