I need to do my daily 1 hr aerobic/cardio conditioning and i need some suggestions. Im tired of running, plus its raining outside My ass hurts from spinning all week And my back and shoulders are sore from my bag workout yesterday. Do you guys have some intense shit i can do for an hour, give or take a few breaks here and there? I would jump rope, but i dont think i could even do it for half hour, even with a minute break here and there. Im trying to cut right now, so im doing an hour a day to burn all the extra weight im carrying.
