I need to do my daily 1 hr aerobic/cardio conditioning and i need some suggestions.

Im tired of running, plus its raining outside
My ass hurts from spinning all week
And my back and shoulders are sore from my bag workout yesterday.

Do you guys have some intense shit i can do for an hour, give or take a few breaks here and there?

I would jump rope, but i dont think i could even do it for half hour, even with a minute break here and there.

Im trying to cut right now, so im doing an hour a day to burn all the extra weight im carrying.

Box jumps rock but not for a full hour, also run wind sprints, jump rope, 8 count body builders. Just do a body weight workout. They are a lot tougher then they seem.

We have all kind of movement drills and technique drills....

practice rolling up on your shoulders for the triangle, shrimping, 4 point drill (which is you on your hands and feet facing up and then rotate to pulling one leg in and facing down), practice your rolls, bridging, stretching, there are tons of things you can do......you could also try wrestling drills as well.....

    Dog by KO.

I hung with him 15 minutes, but the bastard has crazy endurance and has pretty damn good agility.

I tried to grab him and he threw his head up and popped me right under the chin. :mamoru:
