Concerned about maintaining elbow health..

    I've been getting some minor pains in my elbows at times.. Nothing major, and I just ignore it. I don't know that I'd even call it pain..

    However I am hoping it's not a sign of more issues in the future.

    What can I do now, besides proper form, to protect my elbows from injury or damage in the future?

    :bowdown: my elbows have been fucking up my training the last few weeks. i got the sleeves, but didn't know what else to do. Thanks a lot for the info.

    #6 may be counterproductive, especially if you're going to be using ice.. i've posted a bunch in F&N about that exact dosage (2400mg) and how it stops your muscles/joints/tendons from healing and really doesn't do as much for pain as many people think it does.

    maine, is it you that is currently praising cissus? that would probably help, too.
