I had this problem with my Zen Micro.

It seems that the plug that connects to my device needed an extraordinary amount of pressure to get it to seat properly. It's the same plug used to recharge the battery, which worked without all that force. So initially, I thought the problem had something to do with either the USB cable, my computer or drivers or something like that. The USB cable just needed a little extra muscle.

I tried it and it doesn't work. When I connect it, it doesn't even detect it. My computer acts like it isn't even connected.

Yes. I have plugged in my PSP, mouses and camera and had no problems. But my creative isn't detected. I guess I'll return it and either exchange it or get a Toshiba Gigabeat S
