Anybody have hands-on experience? Have looked at several options but wondered if anybody has used one and liked it.

Trying to help a friend setup something up that will allow him to send an email from his pc to a list of cell phone number (salesmen) for a daily message.

    TIA :bigthumb:

If this is an ongoing "sales" SMS to multiple phones, then he may be best purchasing software that helps specifically with this (ie: mobiletextsms.com)

Microsoft Windows Mobile is also designed for this speedy Mobile SMS texting as well (basically a Mobile phone with an OS, and much better hardware)

I personally hate spam messages from "salesmen", especially on the phone.
I think one company was sued for delivering multiple messages to users message bank, making the mobile user spend money to retrieve the (unknown) message.
So you might want to checkout the law on that in your country first ;)

this works (and is free) as long as the user doesn't change their wireless carrier. otherwise, you can use services like clickatell.com who charge per sms message
