I'm having a problem with this computer. When you turn the powersupply unit on, the fans on the heatsink/vid card will start spinning as if the cpu was on. The on/off button doesn't work. I've had this problem with a computer in the past, but can't seem to recall what the problem was. It's impossible to do anything after you plug it in, as it's kind of frozen is that state. Any insight?

well normally the powersupply wouldnt do anything until you hit the switch on your case, so it has to be something to do with the connection from the switch on the case to the motherboard i would think.
