so i boot up my computer it will boot to windows i can log in or not. if i dont log in it will shut down in like 2 min or so. if i log in the same thing happens. the kicker is that when i go to start it again is it wont even start like nothing no fans moving nothing. its like my PSU is a giant capacitor and need to recharge before i can start it again. i have to wait like 20 min before i can restart. any idea what the problem is. i was thinking maybe PSU. it is a 480 enermax but i have a 3700+ and 6 hd and a 6800 gt and a cd rom drive. do you think running for a year or so on that PSU with that load has killed it.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

yeah, looks like a power problem. try a diff PSU.
also inspect your cooling. clean dusts, fans, etc, to rule out overheating.

Disconnect every drive you don't know, and anything else that's using power.
Keep just the OS harddrive connect and the gfx card. Disconnect the CD and the other harddrives as well as the floppy if you have one. Also disconnect any USB devices but for mouse and keyboard if they are usb, don't just turn them off. As well as any case fans but for maybe one exhaust fan.
    Now see what happens.

If you have the same problem then your PSU is still more likely dying. Or it might be under powered for everything you connected to it.

Here's a nice little calculator that you can use to see how much of PSU you need for minimum power requirements http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
I usually take whatever they suggest and add to the next best or better still one higher PSU wattage rating.

Well went to clean everything out today unplugged everything it booted up then shut down and now will not restart. I felt the heat sink and the south bridge they were hot but i never really felt them before so i don't know what temp they normally ran at. I think im gonna by a new psu hopefully that will fix it.

the shitty $15 testers that they have will not diagnose this problem.

the unit will pass the tester but fail under load. Unless they have a large mosfet array and an oscilloscope you're wasting your time with that.
