Now im sure this is a topic that has been ran into the ground. I want to put a puter in my car. Its not for show, its not to be "cool", im a network tech that is on the move alot. If I had the ability to pull up data by using my cell phone as a wireless modem and always be connected to my lan my job would be alot easier.

can anyone suggest any good websites on people that have done this already? i know what all is involved, im not an idiot, but i like to see what other people do before i jump into something. it helps me construct some good ideas.

    yep... mp3car.com is great

i'm almost done aquiring all the stuff that's gonna go into my car...

last on my list.... 7" touchscreen monitor w/16x9 aspect ratio

    my main goals are
mp3 - cuz i hate burning music to cd's.... a 10 disc changer just feels so 80's to me
gps - for when i go places that I don't know
dvd - for when i'm at the track waiting for my turn, in parking lots waiting for people, or for passenger enjoyment on road trips.
