I haven't found the half and half holsters to be as comfortable or concealable as a full leather piece. Ymmv.

Eveone on gt is convinced the answer is jesus in holster form. I think its a fine holster but I don't think its the miracle product that many of them do. Is it just different tastes for different people? Is it that for many of them its the first holster they've spent more than $15 on and have had howamazing it is hammered into their heads? Who knows, all I can say is personally I have an answer and I have more conventional leather and I won't be buying any more answers.

I've broken 2 Fobus holster, and a CQB, oh, and a hoffner in my training courses. I have used the shit out of all of my CompTacs and never had an issue. I'll agree that leather vs kydex and style of holster is a personal preference, but there is still a level of quality that you jsut don't get with 15$ holsters.

No, they need to put a bit more time into the design

On the pro undercover - Front bottom just past the front sight needs to be ground down so it's rounded. If you don't it'll jab you. And is the holster is going to get a cant, then FBI cant it or don't. Not a half cant.

On the belt holster - The back loop needs to be like half the size that is it. The way it's setup right now, it kicks the grip way out from the body. Fine if it's competition, but sucks for CCW. And really, an IDPA holsters should be able to double as a CCW holster. Also, I would really like to see a belt holster with an FBI cant.

I still buy from them but I always have to work on them when they get here.

I have the crossbreed supertuck which is basically the same design as the answer and the mtac and I love the way it feels but the fit & finish left alot to be desired. Plus, one of the clips broke so that gives me an excuse to get a new one. :o

See, quality feed back! I'll pass your suggestions on to Greg. But my pro undercover doesn't jab me... What's your waist size, and what position do you wear the holster at?

Belt holster I can't offer any feed back on as I've never used it, but I can pass the concerns on.

I personally have 2 CTAC's, a Pro Undercover, 2 paddle holsters, an infidel, a holster for my surefire, and several mag pouches. Only modifications I have had to make were to flip the leather tabs from front to back on the CTAC for a little more forward cant.

I have a Pro undercover for my PM9. I'm not a big kydex fan, but it works great.

You poor bastard... I'm also left handed, but taught myself to shoot right handed since most guns are generally designed for right handed peoples...

It does give me a nice advantage over others when we do offhanded drills...

The mag pouches are awesome. Don't change anything except maybe come a tad higher on the double stack pouches.

i can refresh my memory on the rules tonight but i believe thats ok.

IIRC it has to conceal the trigger, be close enough to your body not to show daylight btwn the holster hip/leg, there might be more but i cant remember :dunno:
