Competitive Bodybuilding question...

    How long do you practice holding each pose for?

    I also find when flexing, anything more than a few seconds and I cramp up pretty badly. This goes for almost all my bodyparts, calves being the worst.

    because your too lean all the time, potassium helps on the day of the show, plus I am carbing up all day so I dont cramp as much. Diuretics make it worse for me though if im not careful. I pose for 30 minutes straight basically, just hitting all the madatories and poses. I actually have to cut back cardio some during those days cause I burn so much from posing. Its the hardest part of the show. I could squat all day and not be as sore or tired.
