is there a G10 or Lumix LX3 type compact camera that allows you put on different lenses?

I don't really care of ISO performance, but i want something Compact, Digital that will let me use a fast prime lens for portraits and candid shots.

    Have you used one?

Once you use one, you won't recommend it.

G10 is as close as you can get to a dslr.

i do believe that, but at the same time, i don't expect it to give me dslr level options.

I simply want a compact digital camera with a fast prime lens that will let me sneak up on people way and will give me sharp pictures. I wouldn't mind the noise on iso..i'll consider it a feature of the camera.

I'm assuming you have used it? any sample pics or reasons why you wouldn't recommend it?

Sometimes I wished they would invent a slim and compact DSLR, hanging a black brick off my neck makes me look like a Jap tourist in certain places. :o

Nope but I read some reviews and it seems really good (image quality wise). Apparently slow focus though. But I could live with that.
