I ordered two comp-tac holsters, the C-Tac and the Paddle Holster.

Just received them yesterday, the Paddle holster fits the TRP just fine, but the C-Tac does NOT hold it well. If I turn it upside down the damn thing will fall out.

Is this how they are supposed to be? I know I read a thread somewhere when a guy got his M-tac and it was too TIGHT on his 1911, it wouldn't com out....

    Thoughts?

Isn't the CTAC adjustable for tension?

Did you adjust the tension screws? It comes with an allen wrench for that purpose.

No I didn't :o I'll have to look at it when I get home again, I thought I looked at the screws and thought " that won't change "this part" "....but I'll do that.

Sorry for wasting a thread, I should of done that first.

Trust me you dont want it that tight, I originally tighnted mine all the way down and held it in place upside but when I put it on drawing it was alomst impossible because you have extra pressure holding it in from being inside the waist band. Mine will fall out upside down when not IWB but once I put it on its locked up tight

Should really put it on and try to draw with it

The pressure of your body and pants/belt ads some tension.

It should draw easy but not fall out (if that makes any sense). I was shooting prone while wearing my M-Tac and my G26 fell out once. I tightened it up a bit so now it doesn't fall out, but I can still draw easily.
