I'm so sick of being paranoid. I have a hard time understanding why some people do the things they do to me, or why they say certain things to me, or why some people don't want to talk to me. I just fathom up these harsh reasons why they did that and I just automatically assume the worst. Once this happens, I have a very difficult time talking to that person about what they did or said. How can I help this? Is there anything I can do to help me realize what is real vs. paranoia?
