I'm so sick of being paranoid. I have a hard time understanding why some people do the things they do to me, or why they say certain things to me, or why some people don't want to talk to me. I just fathom up these harsh reasons why they did that and I just automatically assume the worst. Once this happens, I have a very difficult time talking to that person about what they did or said. How can I help this? Is there anything I can do to help me realize what is real vs. paranoia?

I'm pretty sure that you have enough threads with enough advice in them that you could answer this question by just re-reading your old threads.

You never take our advice, but you can continue to keep making threads bitching about your life?

Maybe you should start a blog. :dunno:

And the answer is STILL the same this time, as it has been the past 80 times we've told you:

    GO. TO. A. THERAPIST.

You need to learn to speak. No wonder you have rage problems. You hold everything inside and never speak a fucking word about it.

    Start talking.

I'm inclined to agree with Viper. If you've been unable to use the advice given over the span of time on this topic, then see a counselor.
