I am doing a project to help a non profit free internet service provider..,This company has a base building with one server, and then they have 10 or so little offices spread out around the city. Each office or building has about 15-20 computers that offer free interernet service for underpirveldged. The problem they have is with their communication between the base company and the separate internet sites. My task is to find out an easy and successful way for these different sites to contact each other and for them to contact the home base. Ideas I had were like a web page, blackboard, newsgroup.... (not simply email and telephone)I am looking for other ideas and what you more technically inclinded people out there have to think about this. Thanks for any help

Maybe try some forums, like phpBB or whatever.

I would suggest the same thing.. either an enterprise level IM software or a intranet forum or newsgroup site.

vBulletin works well in situations like that.
