Whens it going to Tony?
I was shooting clays with my brothers this summer, it wasent too bad.
Only going to the evil genius for G3 sights, otherwise, conversion is going to be done by me
I wish my bolt held open.
Will he do just the sights? I emailed him maybe 8 months - year ago and he said at the time he was only doing the G3 sights with the conversion.
Might take him awhile, but Atlantic had the G3 sights as an option, albeit a 125.00 one, for their converted S12s.
Best place to ask is on the S12 forum.
Cool let us know if he does and the turn around time, if I could have a SBS I'd send to Tony for the conversion but since I can't I rather just do it myself but I'd still like to have the G3's, shit I wish I could put G3's on all my AK's.
Where'd you get it?
Im assuming they cost an arm and leg?
one dealer quoted me 289 another 499. and these 2 were about 5 miles apart
So I guess it can be cheap as hell or way overpriced, depending on the dealer as usual
Isnt the max legal cap of that shotgun 10 rounds?
Even better yet beltfed
922r says max legal is 5 actually. After that, I don't think it has a max.
I have a friend with an AK and I'm not a fan of the standard sights either. I've been thinking about getting an AK this spring and just getting one of these: http://www.redstararms.com/871.htm
anyone know anything about them?
Friend has one of those on his SAR, its a stepup from the standard rear sight but I'd still like something that sits back further like the G3 setup.
922r says nothing about mag capacity. hell 922r doesnt even have penalties associated with it. atf and their sporting clause committee determine what is sporting and what is not
ah crap. I mixed up 922r and 922v. Sorry
So. Im still a little confused. You said 5 rounds max according to 922, but then said there was no limit.
I was mistaken. 922v is no longer in effect and it was the one that limited a shotguns to 5 rounds.
922r is the assembly of import semi-auto shotguns and rifles.
So its unregulated now?!
If so, and if I can find one at a deal, I may get it
I'd buy a drum if I could find one
I'll buy a bunch of the 10 rounders if they ever freakin finish making them...
10 rounders are for sale now.
